The right words, right where you are.

Why I made it

I made Continuus Rise so that more people get a kind word. Too many people are on their own, and too many get through their days without anyone encouraging them. A short line, at the right moment, can be that encouragement.

The name

For me, Continuus Rise is a reason to be a little better every day. With this app I want to help others grow too, whatever their field: at work, in their health, with the people they love, or simply in getting through the week.

How it works

You choose the topics that fit your days, from Discipline to Morning. Continuus Rise brings you their quotes one at a time: in the app, on your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and as wallpapers you save yourself. You can keep the ones that stay with you, and write your own.

The quotes are short and written for the app. They carry no famous names, and before a quote appears on this website I check that it is not already a well-known phrase.

Quiet by design

No account, login or email address is needed. What you write and choose in the app stays on your iPhone: your preferences, favourites, My Words, reminders and widget settings. The details are in the privacy notice.

How it should feel

When you open Continuus Rise, I want you to feel that you belong, and to feel at ease. Comfortable, natural, never pushy: a few good words that sit quietly beside your day.

Who is behind it

Continuus Rise is a personal project. One person makes it, not a team. It is published by ALLCAMPUS UK LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, and you can write to me at hello@continuusrise.com.
